I'm Janine Davison, Business, Marketing and AI Coach, and the founder of Midlifers in Business.
I help women in business over 40 simplify marketing, embrace AI with confidence and focus on the activities that generate real business growth.
With more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development, I combine practical coaching with straightforward strategies that are easy to implement. My approach is about cutting through the noise, building momentum and helping business owners stay relevant in a fast-changing world.
Through Midlifers in Business, I provide coaching, education, accountability and a supportive community where women can learn, connect and grow together.
My goal is simple. To help you build a profitable business with more confidence, more clarity and less overwhelm.
